What This Privacy Policy Covers


  • This policy covers how Bridge Brokers treats personal information that Bridge Brokers collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Bridge products and services. For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.

In order to use this website, visitors and/or members are not required to complete our registration form.

During registration a user must give certain contact information, but we never sell or give away this information. User acknowledges and agrees, through the voluntary use of this site, that any dispute over this privacy policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.   Through the use of this site the user agrees that any claims or controversy regarding this privacy policy shall be most conveniently and economically resolved in Suffolk County, New York, and therefore, the user agrees that any claim or action brought for enforcement, interpretation or damages under this Agreement shall be brought only in Suffolk County, New York and parties agree to forbear from filing a claim in any other jurisdiction.


Through the use of this site, the user agrees that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules; and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.  Expenses of arbitration shall be born by the parties in such proportions as the arbitrator(s) shall decide.  The arbitrator's sole authority shall be to interpret and/or apply the provisions of this Privacy Policy; the arbitrator(s) shall have no authority to change or modify any provision of this Privacy Policy.
